SACRED HEART OF JESUS

 In the Sacred Heart of Jesus, every treasure of wisdom and knowledge is hidden. In that Divine Heart beats  God’s infinite  Love for everyone, for each one of us individually. Without limit or boundary , the Lords Love for us is unconditional and offers   us the opportunity to both receive and share this love with one another.

OUR INSPIRATION

Venerable Rev. Fr. Mathew Kadalikkattil  was a fervent devotee of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and a man of compassionate heart whose love for God found expression in the concern for poor and forlorn. He was the Founder of  Sacred Heart Congregation.  The objective of the congregation is to foster the integral  growth of humanity in moral, educational, social & cultural fields through charitable works such educational Apostolate, care of the sick.

Thiruhrudaya College of Nursing, S H Medical Centre, Kottayam is a catholic institution managed by  sacred heart sisters of  St.Mathew’s Province Changanacherry. The college is attached to S H Medical Centre Hospital Nagampadom Kottayam, a 300 bedded multi-disciplinary Super Specialty Hospital with NABH Pre Accreditation,  which provides  wholesome nursing education experience to students. Number of seats allotted is 50 per year.  Thiruhrudaya College of Nursing (TCN) has progressively grown in strength and scope over the years. Now there are 229 students under training. The college has been making progressive strides towards a modern realm in the world of nursing education.
