Curriculum Committee


The Term curriculum refers to the lessons and academic content taught in a College or in a specific course or program.

Curriculum typically refers to the knowledge and skills students are expected to learn, which includes the learning standards or learning objectives they are expected to meet; the units and lessons that teachers teach: the assignments and projects given to students; the books, materials, videos, presentations and readings used in a course; and the tests, assessments and other methods used to evaluate student learning

The curriculum committee is responsible for implementation, assessment and oversight of the educational, master and clinical rotation plan. In collaboration with principal and concerning class co-ordinators.

Main Tasks:

1    To implement the Nursing education plan based on curriculam to provide oversight for its continues assessment and evaluation scheme.
  2  Establish guidelines to review new education assessment and ensure consistency.

To assure that the Unit tests, sessional examinations should conduct in time with the prescribed units. It should cover the entire units of the particular subject, before each sessional  examinations.
